The OER Grant Program Advisory Board is accepting applications from UK faculty and staff now through Nov. 3. Advisory Board members serve two year terms and are responsible for the grant selection process and for guiding future directions of the program.

University Archivist Ruth Bryan is a founding member of KHERN, an arts and culture emergency management resource that helps prevent and mitigate the loss of cultural resources in the event of disasters. 185 digitized issues of La Voz de Kentucky are now freely available through the Kentucky Digital Newspaper Program and the Internet Archive. The digital preservation project drew on unique partnerships and the efforts of experts, specialists, and technicians from across UK Libraries.
