An experienced strategist connecting advanced analytics, AI, technology, institutions, and human development to solve complex challenges and create pathways to opportunity and flourishing, Dr. Mays came to librarianship through working in a research library with multilingual materials and solving international supplier problems. As Collections Analysis Librarian, she harnesses advanced analytics, AI, machine learning, databases, and decision-support tools to transform complex information into actionable insight for complex library collection decisions. Deeply committed to excellence, innovation, creativity, and ethical leadership, she enjoys designing solutions, leading projects, improving workflows, and helping our libraries navigate difficult challenges through better-informed decisions. Her work sits at the intersection of analytics, technology, institutions, and human development. She is particularly interested in the strategic and ethical use of AI, organizational effectiveness, cybersecurity, human capital development, economic development, and the role of information in society. Antje is a strategist, researcher, problem-solver, and lifelong learner who enjoys connecting ideas across disciplines that do not often interact.  Across these areas, a common question drives her work: how can we use information, technology, and institutions to expand opportunity and strengthen human flourishing?
