• Indexing and abstracting tools

We also provide access to rare and unique collections to support research across the sciences and engineering disciplines, including:

• Agriculture Special Collections including field and laboratory negatives from the UK Agricultural Experiment Station
• Engineering Special Collections including the papers of Margaret Ingels, the first woman in the United States to receive a graduate degree in engineering, and a pioneer in the air conditioning industry
• Earth & Environmental Sciences Special Collections including the Red River Gorge Collection, 1958-1978, documenting the struggle over the damming of the Gorge
