Beginning in August 2024, the Young Library Auditorium and the Multipurpose Room (B-108C) will not be available to reserve for meetings, lectures, or other events by UK students, faculty, staff, or campus groups.
The two rooms will be set aside for use strictly as classroom space during the University’s renovation of the White Hall Classroom Building, which is expected to last through the summer of 2026.
Other meeting and event spaces in William T. Young Library and the Lucille Caudill Little Fine Arts & Design Library will remain open and available for reservation.
