Update on Library Room Reservations
UK Libraries is working to streamline the process of reserving group study and meeting spaces in campus library facilities. Our new online reservation system will be available in time to prepare for the fall 2021 semester--beginning August 1, for reservations on or after the first day of classes, August 23.
To make a reservation, all you'll need are your linkblue credentials.
· Group Study Rooms in Young Library will be available for self-service reservations, including same-day reservations, for groups of at least two students. Similar rooms in Little Fine Arts Library must be reserved at least 8 hours in advance.
· Meeting Rooms and Event Spaces (in Young Library, Little Fine Arts Library, and the Science & Engineering Library) will be available for UK organizations, including registered student groups, and must be reserved at least 2 weeks in advance. Please note that events that are open to the public, have sales, involve payment of a person or entity for their services, or involve food must be approved by UK's Event Management System. Meeting and event space reservations requiring EMS review will be considered tentative until approval is received.
NOTE: AV support and room setup for larger rooms like the Auditorium, Gallery, and B-108C in Young Library will be moving to a self-service model. More information will be provided in the online reservation site.
