Enables you to search specifically for scholarly literature, including peer-reviewed papers, theses, books, preprints, abstracts and technical reports from all broad areas of research. Use Google Scholar to find articles from a wide variety of academic publishers, professional societies, preprint repositories and universities, as well as scholarly articles available across the web.
On-campus users MUST use the View Now @ UK button when using Google Scholar to get to library resources. Clicking other links will not work.
Off-campus users will need to create an account and log into Google Scholar, then click Settings. Then click Library Links, search for University of Kentucky, and check the box next to “University of Kentucky – View Now @ UK” and Save. Once that is set, log into Google Scholar.

Some of your search results will provide direct links to the full-text of the article cited; you may also see a full-text designation below the citation. For other electronic access options, use the View Now @ UK link. To see if we own a paper copy of the journal, search the journal title InfoKat Discovery. If we do not own the item in any format, and you are a UK-affiliate, you may request the item through ILLiad; use the View Now @ UK menu and have the requested item's bibliographic information automatically entered into the ILLiad form.
