CHEMM is a Web-based resource which enables first responders & other healthcare providers and planners to plan for, respond to, recover from, and mitigate the effects of mass-casualty incidents involving accidental or terrorist chemical releases. It provides evidence-based information on chemical identification, acute patient care guidelines and initial event activities in the event of a chemical release. The information is timely to help first responders make safe decisions when it is needed most. Software is available for download in advance if the Internet is inaccessible.
