International Education Week

About

Seychelles entry in CIA World Factbook

International Education Week is held in the United States by the U.S. Department of State and U.S. Department of Education during the week before Thanksgiving  to provide an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education. This venue promotes programs that provide Americans with a global perspective and attracts future world leaders from abroad to study, learn, and experience the culture of the United States. International education is not just visiting a country but learning to think globally in local situations. Campuses throughout the U.S. celebrate this week with a number of on-campus and off-campus activities.
