EndNote is a powerful software application used to manage personal databases of citations from sources such as journals or books. It is a valuable tool for anyone maintaining large research databases or publishing frequently.
The Beginning level class demonstrates how to import citations easily, manipulate an EndNote database, and prepare manuscripts and bibliographies in a variety of publication styles. (2 hours)
The Power Users class is designed for experienced users to ask questions and share tips about advanced options and customization features. (2 hours)
UK faculty, staff and students use their UK Wildcard as their library card. Persons not affiliated with UK may obtain a library card if they are 18 years of age and present a valid Kentucky driver's license or a valid non-driver ID. Faculty, staff, and students from reciprocal colleges and universities in Kentucky may obtain a UK library card with proper identification. Anyone with a UK library card may check out materials in the Medical Center Library or any UK campus library.
The Medical Center Library sends library notices via e-mail.
If a book, journal, or audiovisual you need is checked out, you may place a hold on it so that when it is returned to the Medical Center Library it will be held at the User Services desk for you. You will be notified when it is available.
