Tour Request Form


Group Tours of the William T. Young Library


Group tours emphasize the building architecture and the location of library collections and service desks.

  • Group tours are available by appointment.
  • Please submit a request at least one week in advance for groups of 1-50.
  • Two weeks notice is required for groups larger than 50.
  • Groups with participants younger than 18 will be required to bring one adult for every 10 minors participating in the tour.
  • No tours are offered after 5:00 p.m., on weekends, or during midterm and finals study periods.
  • Tours last from 30 minutes to 1 hour.

William T. Young Library houses a general undergraduate collection and social science, humanities, business, biology and agricultural materials. As the central library in the university library system, it also is home to the Dean's Office and a number of centralized library services and other university services.
