Room B-108A is a computer classroom with 24 student PCs and an instructor's PC. The instructor's PC is connected to a ceiling-mounted data projector to provide large screen images. Software on all PCs includes Windows 7, Office 2013 Pro, Internet Explorer, Firefox, SPSS/AMOS 22, Adobe Acrobat and Reader, Second Life, Google Earth, Windows Media Player, Real Player, Quick Time, PowerDVD Player, and others. These PCs have Deep Freeze installed, which undoes any changes made to settings, programs, and files each time the PC is booted.
In accordance with the William T. Young Library Meeting Room Policy, individuals are limited to 12 reservations in any 12-month period, but note that this room receives priority booking for Library Instruction during the first 10 weeks of fall and spring semesters. Other reservations may be tentatively made during those periods but won't be confirmed until one week prior to scheduled events. Use this form to request the room. Place your cursor in the first box to enter your name, then use Tab to move to subsequent windows to enter your phone number, e-mail address, etc. It is vital that you include your e-mail address in order for your request to be processed. And please don't forget to hit the SUBMIT button at the bottom of the form. Thank you.
When your request has been processed, your reservation will be confirmed via e-mail. You will also be advised if the room is not available as requested.
