ClinicalKey is a comprehensive database that includes Elsevier’s premier content including over 500 Elsevier medical and surgical journals, over 800 Elsevier medical and surgical reference books, all Clinics of North America, First Consult point-of-care clinical monographs, Procedures Consult content and videos, Clinical Pharmacology drug monographs, and access to MEDLINE. CME credit is provided for physicians. Create a user name and password for maximum access.

UK faculty, staff and students use their UK Wildcard as their library card. Persons not affiliated with UK may obtain a library card if they are 18 years of age and present a valid Kentucky driver's license or a valid non-driver ID. Faculty, staff, and students from reciprocal colleges and universities in Kentucky may obtain a UK library card with proper identification. Anyone with a UK library card may check out materials in the Medical Center Library or any UK campus library.
The Medical Center Library sends library notices via e-mail.
If a book, journal, or audiovisual you need is checked out, you may place a hold on it so that when it is returned to the Medical Center Library it will be held at the User Services desk for you. You will be notified when it is available.
