What are the copyright restrictions?
- The Copyright Law of the United States (Title 17, U.S. Code) governs the making of photocopies or other reproductions of copyrighted material. This institution reserves the right to refuse to accept a copying order, if, in its judgment, fulfillment of the order would involve violation of the copyright law.
- Staff will be limited to copying 10% or 1 chapter from a book, and one article per journal issue.
What if the UK material I have requested cannot be located?
If we cannot locate the UK material you have requested or provide it in a timely manner, we will automatically refer your request to Interlibrary Loan.
- The service will not provide reproductions from material held in our Storage Facilities. All Storage reproductions are made free of charge to all library patrons and may be requested using the Storage Article Express Form, located under the Document Delivery Tab on the ILLiad Main Menu. See the Storage Retrieval webpage for more information.
- The service will not provide reproductions from an individual's subject library or information center. For example, faculty of the College of Education may not request photocopies from the Education Library.
- The service will not provide reproductions from Special Collections or Law Library.
- The service will not provide reproductions for material already available in full-text online.
Please send any questions or comments to Document Delivery.
